    Back squats 10×2 (high bar): 125-135-145-155-165-175-185-195(1,f)-195(1,f)-195
    “Barbara” as Rx’d- 34:47 (PR by 2:03)

    15min AMRAP 20 sec hold squat, L-sit, chin over bar, Handstand.6rnds +40 then “Annie” in 5:57. 1st time I’ve broken 6mins so def a PR. Also PR’d on consecutive DUs and did 40 in 1st set so great day at the 515. Now bring on the bowling 🙂

    10×2 backsquat: worked up to 275#.

    Mystery wod portion (5 minute amrap of 500m row and then as many dus in remaining time): 146 double unders.

    Death by Backsquat, 65#, got through 15rds, then 9 of the 16th round.
