    Wod made up by kids. 3 rounds for time of: 20 box jumps (24″), 20 pull ups, 1 rope climb, 10 deadlifts (185#), 10 ring dips, and 50 double unders: 13:35.

    10 rounds for time back squats & GHD situps, RX’d: approx 20 mins

    I agree with Taylor, it was a good wod if you lose all sense of space and time. The expectation was that I would definitely be out of my comfort zone; the horrifying reality was that I was unceremoniously catapulted there after round 2 >___o
