    I chose the mainsite wod, went rx’d, and went straight up against Jaime….tail lights…that’s all I saw. 24:14

    Coe: 23:23. Crossfit is good at making you “uncomfortable”… I’ve gotten used to it being HARD, but the unfamiliar territory part requires different internal dialogue … Ring pushups were messing with me in a big way today and I ACTUALLY thought (several times), “Just get through this set and you GET to go back to THRUSTERS.” Seriously.
