    18 ring dips w/ purple bands

    515 throwdown wod 1- rx’d 8:57 Pullups were always a weakness and tonight they were worse…must be the load 😉
    FS – 105(1), 95(10), 125(1), 75(11)65(9), 140(1), 45(30)

    Front Squat – 5#PR.

    Still fighting a nasty shoulder injury, good to get back though, missed about 6 MU’s.

    Yesterday’s (Chop Suey) Chipper – 31:48

    Feet-on-box pushups, 15 knees-to-elbows + 15 leg raises, 125# deadlifts, 20# db push press, 5 muscle up progressions (Thanks, Jaime – those were fun :)) + 15 pullups & 15 purple band dips. Ow.

    Then front squats (1)-85, (10)-75, (1)-95, (20)-65, (1)-105, (30)-65
