    Today’s wod@ 105# w/ legs for RC in 20:58. Still haven’t figured out how to use my legs for OLY stuff so def hurts my form & time. Thanx for encouragement/coaching Michelle 🙂

    Today’s WOD as Rx’d – 16:58 …4 legless rope climbs without an issue, then took me about 5 min and several failed attempts to finally get the 5th one.

    Today’s wod rx’d (horrible jerks but I think they count) = 17:20
    The tables were turned on this one…. I was looking down and swearing at the bar a majority of the time while most others were directing their abuse upwards.

    Blue WOD that quickly spiraled to red after 1.75 rope climbs. It’s like my feet forgot how to kick the rope through, and when I finally remembered, my grip was all but gone and being that high up was terrifying :C
