    Smiley moment of the day: A “facebook friend” that I haven’t spoke to since high school recently started messaging me about cf. Her son had been on medication, gained weight and so on. School counselor suggested she enroll him in—– CROSSFIT Kids! Of course I told her she should absolutely do it.

    Heard from her today. The son loves it. Losing weight, gaining confidence, making friends and so on. She was scared to do it herself because of her weight, her back problems, being out of shape… we all have heard or maybe used all the excuses. She’s been the last two nights and is hooked 🙂 So proud of them!

    My mom told me about this movie yesterday — http://www.geneticroulettemovie.com. Interesting (disturbing) stuff about GMOs and food, and it’s free through today if you have a free 85 minutes. Watching this, especially the parts about feeding babies and kids, made me very thankful that I found CrossFit and paleo before I was pregnant with little Lando.

    Split Jerk, 65, 75,85, 90, 95, 105, 115, 120, 125, 130 alternating legs.
    Ended with a good note, probably could’ve pushed some more but heck I was hungry 😉
