    “Kelly” as rx’d – 30:04 (3:12 PR) ( I so wanted to go under 30min but after yesterdays wall balls I couldn’t quite make it happen; and no one else in the 7:30 class chose Kelly(smart people in that class) so I had to go at it alone which made it seem even worse)
