    Most I’ve gotten overhead is 110, so my goal today was to get 115 once. Actually got it twice and it didn’t seem so bad so went for 120 and after several attempts finally GOT IT 🙂 Thanks for the tips Bobby and Jaime!

    Abs-ageddon in 8:34… was just trying to keep my legs straight!

    Abs-ageddon – 6:35 …OUCH

    So much incredibly impressive stuff happening this morning, it was CRAZY fun 🙂 My favorite has to be Julie surprising herself and doing her very first pullup! ….but wait, I thought girls couldn’t do pullups…..haha

    Split Jerk 10×2 (alternating legs): 115-125-135-145-155-165-175-185(f)-185(f)-185(f). Need to work on getting lower with forward leg and commitment.

    Today’s WOD: 125# x 2 w/ alternating feet. Then hit 135# once (10# PR). Gotta work on that FAST, FAST, FAST.

    Abs-ageddon: 7:25. I missed the part about not resting with your feet on the floor, so I did. But not for long – I know it helped me to go next to Jaime, she never stops moving.

    Had time to stick around today and I got to see Bobby lift. Oh my… FAST. And also STRONG. Nice work, Bobby!

    Super fun morning watching Bobby overhead squat 300lbs and then Julie doing her first pull up. Sooo cool!

    Dream teamed with Tiffany and we both hit the 100# mark 🙂

    Tried and failed about 3 times trying to get 2×105# and finally got it after scaring Jaime. I think my next goal of the month has got to be dropping the bar – not sure if you can call it a goal, but I’ve got to wrap my head around the fact that it’s ok to drop the bar -_-

    Flutterkicks are the burpees of ab workouts – (approx) 6:00

    Split jerk – 140 x 2 and 145 x 1 (tied my PR), then tried 150# a bunch but couldn’t get it. Next time!
