    Been wanting to re-do the 2012 open workouts, so yesterday did 12.3 (the box jump, push press, toes to bar one) – 10 rds + 18 reps (378 reps), and today did 12.4 (wallballs, double unders, muscles ups) – 243 reps (3 muscle ups). Now I just need to re-do the C2B Fran ladder — eek!

    Today’s WOD as rx’d: 7:22 The jumps were fun.

    Then picked up that 95# stone and got it to my shoulder, 2x!

    And watched Todd and Brian hold crow pose and press up into handstands. Super Impressive!!

    Today’s WOD RX’d – 15:15 (I win!)
    First time doing this many high jumps without a knee brace on, so I was very careful and spaced them out. What is with the air though, it felt so solid I swear I got hang time on some of those jumps o_o

    8:47, rx’ed on the sumo deadlift high pull….not so much on jumps…my muscles are still not happy after that half marathon thing….
