    We are planning to do a “Paleo” talk/discussion sometime in November, similar to the “What is CrossFit?” one that we had a few months ago. Anyone who would be interested in this, would a Tuesday evening (~7:00pm) or Saturday after class (~9:30am) work better for you???

    Could’ve done better if I wouldn’t have fallen on back a few times 🙂

    Today’s WOD: KB Swings @ 53# / Sled Push @ 135#: 12:20. I fought with the sled at the halfway mark w/ 180# on it for a good long while, before giving in and shedding some weight. OOFTA!

    I also took a crack at the 95# stone: couldn’t get it to my shoulder today. Will definitely try again. Fun 🙂

    Sled push 180-135-90; 53# KB – 30:00

    A full 15:00 of that was spent on the first sled push alone; wish the sled was slipping and my feet were sticking and not the other way around 😛
