    Today’s wod, like Adam, I sub’d power snatches for squat snatches…tried some squat snatches but they were laughable. 17:21.

    Today’s wod — 11:33. Was happy to do all the push presses unbroken thanks to the 1 min rest between rounds, but those last few rounds of squat snatches got way harder than expected and were very much not unbroken.

      Haha, is that just coincidence or were you still there this morning when bobby told me that “very not unbroken” was NOT proper English?! 😉

        Coincidence. But I’m a lawyer, so I think I’m allowed to use double negatives. There’s always an exception to the rule, Bobby.

    Worked out today at Delta CrossFit in Brentwood, CA. Didn’t realize we would be doing the workout outside in the rain and cold (54 degrees))YUCH!

    15 min AMRAP
    1 DL @ 175lbs (80% of 1 RM)
    50 DUs
    7 HSPUs

    5 rounds + 5 DUs
    ( DUs in the rain were really not fun)

    As Rx’d 19:21 I think. The squat snatches were my nemesis after round 1. Stupid Sasquatch…errr Squat snatch.

    Went unbroken on all my sets of butterly pull-ups except for 8 and 5 I believe, so I am pretty happy with that.

    Today’s WOD as Rx’d – 12:44. Room to improve on the ‘squat’ portion of the squat snatch.

    Seeing Jaime do this unbroken was crazy impressive.
