    Yesterday’s Wod: 30 hang cleans, 50 pistol squats, 2000 m row (I scaled hang cleans to 155# and used band for pistol squats). 21:15

    yesterday’s wod. 105 hang cleans, ASSISTED pistols 🙁 balance is GONE! 21:50 – 2 flippin minutes slower on the row, so thats exciting. Probably shouldve bumped weight up on cleans.

    Thanks Bobby for the tip this am about the muscle ups. I did a WOD that Bobby made up; 10-9-8….3-2-1, Pullups, 53# KB swings and situps. 9 minutes.

    Power Clean every 30 sec. for 10 min @ 125, no misses. Thanks for going with me Annette:)

    Did the 10, 9, 8…1 WOD of pull ups, KB swings and sit ups. Went up to 70lb KB swings and GHD’s for added fun. -> 8:50
