    Today’s WOD @ 115#: 18:33. Apparently I entered the “515 zone” for the hang clean portion of this workout. I have no recollection of bouncing the bar off my legs or shoulders, but I must have because I have four lovely bruises to show for it!

    Today’s wod @ 85#: [I’m looking at the note I wrote now and realize I wrote everything down but the time – just under 25, I want to say]. I’m glad I tried those one-legged squats, because my legs won’t let me again for a LONG time T_T

    Just on a whim I loaded the bar with my current nemesis clean weight (95#) and spun my elbows under it like a crocodile with a hippo leg in its mouth, so now I’m rewarding myself with this: http://paleomg.com/5-ingredient-avocado-pudding/
