Today’s wod Rx 33:12. 1st time doing HSW in a WOD so they took awhile for me but glad I pushed thru it. Happy Bday Z! Looks like your special day was off to a pretty good start the way you were flying through that WOD. Personally I think Justin&Landon should take you out for sushi 😉

Today’s wod, scaled to 15# bar: 14:15. For me, sots stands for sucky overhead this sucks press. Lots of time to work on my handstand walks.

This morning, today’s WOD as Rx’d – 11:38
Then after noon class, did 1 power clean every 30 sec for 10 min: 165# for 7 min (14/14), 170# for 3 min (6/6), and finally 175# for 1 (1/2)
Then I watched Lance power clean 300#! Wow, crazy 🙂
Jeez Lance, great job!
8:53….my only saving grace since I did bear crawls was using the 15# bar for those sots thingies…….We can save those for say….oh 2014…..
