5×5 Deadlift – 105-125-145-155-175
After doing those I decided to go for a new 1RM and I got 225# which is a 25# PR!

Thats awesome Mindy!! How big of a PR from when you started CF?
On 12/14/11 we did 5×5 deadlift and I got up to 125# x 3
On 12/19/11 I got up to 155#
That was fun to look back, thanks for asking 🙂
I thought it was a huge one, very inspiring. Awesome Job Mindy. That’s almost 100# gain in less than a year of crossfit! (i think?)

Mystery WOD – 21 (used 35lb barbell). I may be crazy but I LOVED this one.
365, 385, 405, 415, 420 x 5 I guess that is my 5 rep PR since I had never done a 5 rep DL before (that I can remember).
Then did the sweet TGU’s and did 26.5…halves count right. 🙂
Made Paleo meatloaf today and it was a huge success! It’s a great recipe and super easy. Loving every bite!
Also made paleo pumpkin waffles, tis the season!

145lb-155lb-165lb-195lb-205lb x 5; Konged a little at set 4 when I realized which set I was actually on, but I think 195lb is my true 5 rep weight since those 205s were a hot mess on gluten-free toast |P
Then 15 TGUs at 18lbs. I’ve never done these before, but they’re going up right by burpees on Ye Liste o’Suckage. Next time, I’m bringing my kneepads.

135, 155, 165, 175 x5 then 180×3 tried 205 and failed.
Mystery: 9 with 25# dumbell
