    Yeah, I didn’t need to walk at all tonight or this weekend at Upper Iowa homecoming! 29:03 (I think, I know 29 for sure, the rest is a little muddled in my brain….)

    today’s wod rx’d 34:33. someone is no good at handstand walks and that someone is me. felt like my first day of crossfit today. i’m going to live in the epsom salt bath for the next 3 days.

    Todays wod Rx’d 27:12. First wod with handstand walks. Figured what the heck. They weren’t pretty at all but hopefully this will make me better at them!
