    mystery WOD as rx’d 4 rounds + 2

    did yesterday’s wod first: 5:40
    5 rds
    3 front squats (185lbs)
    7 L pull ups

    then did the 5 amrap: 4 rds plus 7 box jumps
    30 double unders
    15 box jumps (30 inch box)

    worked up to 175# x5 on back squats
    Mystery WOD: 2 rounds plust 6 double unders (30″ box)… double unders were not happening in the second round, thats where I spent the majority of my time 🙁 And fell it on my third box jump. my right shin sure is attractive.

    Very happy with this..195 is the most I’ve ever done for high bar and I got it 3 times 🙂
