    Jackie: 11:03…and then….big thanks to Annette and Jaime for helping me with…wait for it….wait for it….Rope Climbs!! They were tiny, lil bitty climbs, but by golly I think I’ve got it! Tomorrow let’s ring a bell!

    I just wanted to take a minute and pass this along for anyone who hasn’t seen it and might be interested. Lots of you know Nate and Laura Yoho, and for any of you who haven’t had the pleasure of meeting them, they are very amazing people.
    A friend of theirs is hosting a fundraising afternoon of bingo beginning at 2PM on Saturday, September 29th (THIS Saturday) at the Blazing Saddle in Des Moines to help Nate and Laura. Laura has recurrent brain tumor called glioblastoma multiforme. This bingo will raise money to help them defray the cost of the treatment.

    So I guess in looking at Beyond the Whiteboard that the GHDs were to be done with a 10lb ball. So I double Rx’d that portion (20lb GHD Wallballs) of the workout and so did Mindy. I think I got somewhere around 10:00 so I am saying 10:01. That was interesting. Thanks for doing that one with me Mindy!

    Adrian – Rx’d but used 36″ box – 20:42. Great one for me to work on my weakness of anything handstand related. And for whoever got to see my graceful “forward rolls” this morning, you’re welcome for the laughs!

    Jackie rx’d 10:57 (6 seconds slower) The good thing is I know that next time I need to be smarter about the thrusters, try not to put the bar down. and, pullups…well…keep trying. lol.

    Adrian rx’d (sort of) 36:25. I didn’t get completely against the wall on the wall climbs. My shoulders are completely smoked right now. Ouch.
