    Shoulder Presses: 7 sets @ 65#. Tried four or five times to get 70 3x, but couldn’t get the 3rd one past my face!!

    Already pretty confident on where I would’ve maxed on shoulder presses, so opted to work on one of the things I listed on the Goal Board… Stop sucking at wallballs:)

    135, 155, 165, 185, 205 (x2), 195(x2) for shoulder press. I think I got my 1 and 2 rep PR for press. The 1/2 hotel WOD in 4:27. Had 2 damn reps that leaked into that 4th minute.

    Shoulder press = worked up to 130 (5 lb pr)
    1/2 Hotel = 3:48. I have actually done the full workout before in a hotel and almost died. I decided to game it and broke it up in to sets of 20, 15, 10 and 5. I am glad there were only fifty reps because my arms couldn’t take much more of that.

    1/2Hotel 7:52 no bueno. I knew this would suck and it lived up to the expectations.
