    30 C&J’s at 185lbs 7:25…not so good. Then 1000m row in 3:06. That kicked my ass.

    Weighted pull-ups, strict: Worked up to 71 lbs. Total of 236 lbs.

    1000 m row: 2:42.

    Angie, first time rx’d: 33:08. I may have taken too much time between sets on the pullups, but I was afraid of hitting that failure point I can’t recover from. It’s good to have an RX number on this one to try to beat. She’s intimidating, but now I know I can do it. Thanks for doing it with me Loree and for helping me FINISH.

    Strict Weighted Pullups 7×1: 35-45-53-63-70(f)-68(f)-65.5(2.5# PR)
    Total: 142(BW) + 65.5 = 207.5

    Then, 1000m row – 3:39.8 (4 sec PR)..very painful, but super excited to get under 3:40, barely!

    4 rope climbs
    30 back squats 55#
    3 rope climbs
    20 back squats 55#
    2 rope climbs
    10 back squats 55#
    1 rope climb
    as rx’d 18:44
    I did this WOD in January and it was a HUGE struggle for me and took me 57:++ minutes to complete. I failed over and over again on the rope climbs and because of that they have since been a concern for me every time they came up. That’s behind me now, glad to have done this over, no failed reps, or tears!

    5 rds max bodyweight benchpress & max pullups. Need to work on doing freakish amounts of pullups for this one.

    Got back on the Wednesday horse and managed it in 15:36 with 115# deadlifts and 65# overhead squats. Thanks to Leann and Michelle for the inspiration 🙂
    Also, Kady is a witch – I kid, it was amazing to witness; I feel so lucky to have been there.

    yesterday finished at 88lbs on pullup… 3:13 row

    today did 30 C&J 7:19… little more strategy to this than i planned for…
