    Today’s wod, ohs modified to 85#: 12:30.

    I am Captain Ahab and overhead squats are my Moby Dick. I will get that damn white whale.

    Had planned on doing todays wod but figured out during the warmup that wasn’t going to happen. So I will come back to this one because yes, I need to lift heavy! Did Saturdays mainsite instead:

    5 rounds:
    15 walking lunges (65#) in front rack position
    30 doubleunders

    Rx’d @ 8:24… Loved it Shelley 😉

    was gonna try rope climbs today…ummmm maybe tomorrow…. 🙂

    Today’s wod as Rx’d: 19:something….My goal was to do this one rx’d, 155# is still a heavy deadlift for me so I was glad I got it done 🙂 Thanks for your advice Sis!

    deadlifts were a killer on my back. need some work on those for sure. :/

    I stopped looking at the clock after I dropped the bar on the overhead squats for the umpteenth time, and that was just on the first set. Ended up plodding my way through with 125# deadlifts and a weeny 55# for squats. All those pullups yesterday were definitely a bad idea but T-rex still am disappoint T_T
