      In case anyone cares – 3 rounds because I have 3 kids. Birthdate is 9/18/55. 9 power cleans at wife, Shelley’s approximate weight (rounding up), 18 clapping pushups (only way to get applause), and 55 wighted lunges at grandson, Landon’s weight.

      Rx’d at 15:41.

    Today’s WOD (regular pushups): 11:21. I liked this one! Afterward, I learned I can do a clapping pushup. Sweet.
