    Todays wod rx’d in 11:24. This one was fun! Except pushups got a little challenging.

    Bobby, just so you know, weighed in at the gym today on the calibrated scale, 515’s scale is only off by 1.4 lbs heavy. So, I’m pretty stoked today, since weighin in yesterday at 515 and weighin in today, I have some pretty darn awesome loss of pounds for me!

    OPERATION JUSTICE: Heats & Schedule Announcements!

    * Any volunteers interested in helping setup, we will be starting tomorrow morning at 8:30am.
    * Participants please be at the gym between 9:30 & 9:45am to check-in. The event will begin right at 10:00am.
    * We will try to stay as close to on-time as possible, but these heat times are just tentative times.

    Today’s wod rx’d – 14:53. That was a lot of push ups! It didn’t help that I had it in my mind that it was 3 rounds, then at the beginning of round 3 I thought “this doesn’t make any sense, Jaime and Michelle did this in 13-something.” Look at the board during my lunges and realize I’m only 1/2 way done, not 2/3 done.

    Today’s RX’d = 9:22. Push ups should not be that stinking hard! I’m excited to wreck my back tomorrow with the heavy dl’s! Yippie!

    WOD of as RX’d – 23:20 When Mindy first told me about this workout, I thought that’s my kinda workout and may not be too bad… Well it was pretty bad and those pushups just got harder & harder (as you can see from my time). Excited to do this workout again down the road & see how I compare.
