    5×3 OHS
    105-125-145-155(made 2, failed on third) 155-165(2, failed on 3rd one) But thats a 10lb PR for my 1 rep max! 🙂

    Tabata hang cleans and push presses rx’d @ 75#’s. 72 reps. Surprised myself by actually doing hang cleans and not dropping the bar after each one:)

    Abs of Steel: 9:50… nobody make me laugh for a few days!

    Kady nice work on those kip ups and again Annette your pullups looked great AND the doubleunders are coming together too! Way to represent, Mrs. Athlete of the month 🙂
