    OHS – worked up to 135 x 3 (tied 3RM PR), then got 140 x 1 and took many attempts to get the weight overhead, but 145 x 1 (tied 1RM PR)
    Mystery wod – 5:35

    Good job on the 160 x 3, Michelle! And Bobby with the 285# C&J! Fun watching the PRs this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much exclamation!

    Let me preface this all with: This is day 2 after Manion:-/ And I would agree day 2 is the worst!

    This morning OHS @ 105, 5# PR but more importantly I was pleased because I usually struggle getting the bar from my back to OH. Today, not at all until 110, it was just too much today.

    100 v-ups: 6:37 and they weren’t very pretty looking v’s. Only nice thing was I went with Bobby and he didn’t seem to be enjoying them much either 😉

    This afternoon: Helen Rx’d at 12:35 (2:20 PR from May.) After swinging around a 53 lb kb last month, guess what? 35 lbs was nothing! Well, almost nuthing 😉

    Got 200 x 3. I stopped. I was pretty darn close to getting topped out.

    205 x 3 which is my single rep PR now too. I then did the V-ups. 6:22 but I was able to do the kip up which prior to today I had never been able to do. So that was really cool. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks.

    OHS 5×3 – I actually did about 10 sets of 3 but finished at 115 (a 10lb 3 rep max PR). Happy with it but I should have kept going…. woulda, shoulda, coulda

    Forgot to mention the V-ups tore my assy-tailbone region to shreds and then the shower made me pay with an intense pain akin to salting my myriad of hand wounds. Just thought I’d share. GO HAWKS!

    OHS: 135-145-155-165-175(1,f)-175
    20# PR for 3 reps..I’d done 165 for 2 reps before, but could never get the 3rd.

    Mystery @ 5:54, OHS maxed out @ a mere 50# – I think I walked in thinking too hard about how much I suck at those =_=

      Argh – this is my week for getting bars mixed up. 35# bar with 15s + 2.5s = 70#. But I still suck at those.
