–  Taylor – Kipping HSPU (no abmat)
–  Shelley – 50 Doubleunders

    3:13 PR from 4 months ago… now I hope not to see this wod for a looonngg time!

    Did 5-1-5 wod…..ooooof, was tough after yesterday’s Airforce….14:07. At least I have a baseline for next time!

    Part of Outlaw workout: 210 du, 21 pistol squats (each leg), 70# dumb bell push press…and then 150, 15, 15….and then 90, 9,9. I used 45# instead of 70 and used band for pistol squats. 22:23.

    Half the time was easily spent on double unders. Thanks for doing this w me Lindsay!

    did the 12.4 open workout… 244… struggled with 4 muscle ups… was fun to see where i stand

    Had a derp moment and picked up a 45# bar instead of a 35# to Diane it out with Taylor and Kady, so ended up at least RXing the deadlifts. One day, T-rex will fear handstands no longer…
