    17:44 Bleu (2 rds@65#, 2@55#, 1@45#), and I didn’t have to supersize my pullup bands at all!
    Huge thank you to Shelley, Lauren, Meghan & Tara (sorry if I forgot anyone, but if you were by the pullup bars, you know who you are) for the motivation through the last couple rounds <3

        Hey, I meant to tell you this but haven’t seen you for a bit. My team is actually planning another weekend derby boot camp this year, tentatively shooting for the weekend before Thanksgiving but nothing’s set in stone yet.
        Come to the Sept 29 bout and see if it’s something you want to try – we’ll sign you on like a shot!

    Great workout today in 8:13.. followed by Abs of Steel at Bobby’s recommendation! Made Jen and Jeff get down and do Abs of Steel with me as well! Have a great weekend everyone

    I don’t know if it was 15:47 or 17:47. Either way it was hard!

    Did my first kipping hspu’s w/o abmat so changed my goal to 5hspu’s w/o an abmat.

    Happy birthday 515! Glad I’m apart of such a great gym & surrounded by great people!

    Hotel wod from 55 floors up overlooking downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan — 100 dumbbell squat clean thrusters (35/25), 5 burpees on the minute every minute — 12:39

    Wasn’t planning on working out today, then watched Justin do this horrible workout and I just couldn’t resist.

    Happy 2nd Birthday 515! Glad I can be a part of such an awesome gym! Bday wod rx 11:59. Struggled thru thrusters but on a good note butterfly pu’s went surprisingly well. Icing wrists is a must today! Thanx to Billy for thruster tips prior to starting wod. Between those and Jamie’s clean drills I may be able to get this hip thing figured out πŸ™‚
