    Sunday: 10-8-6-4-2 Muscleups & box jumps (40″/35″)- As Rx’d 9:32
    Then, 30 rds of row 30 sec, rest 30 sec- 4335 meters

    Today’s wod (red like the blood of mine enemies, teehee)

    We played IA City last night (158-108, we are 9-1!) and I opened my eyes at 9:50am, but I managed tiny T-rex ring dips without hitting myself in the face with a flying wrist, no mean feat for caffeine-free me :3
