    Today’s WOD as Rx’d 9:54. Yesterday did the Cindy-ish WOD in 8:58 as Rx’d. Fighting a cold with a pretty wicked cough so I feel OK with my times.

    Today’s wod 17:01, not rx’d. Thought I might be able to do 95 lb thrusters (it’s an old 1 rep max) but not so much today! Started with 85 instead. This wod was tough:)

      Yeah, that would have been fun, but you would have smoked me on that last 800 just like Tyler did. Thank God I had the thrusters to get a bit of a lead.

    Thruster/Run WOD rx’d in 12:40. Brutal esp the 1st 15 reps. Did 5-5-3-2-1 :p On a positive note think my hips are loosening a little so not as much of a squat shouldet press today 🙂 Btw Happy Bday Tony! After watching Michelle do your wod I def wana give it a whirl. May double up with Leann 2mrw. Hope You have fun at Taki but still think you should go for the sashimi 😉

    Today’s mainsite wod rx’d – 11:22. Was happy with how the 95# thrusters went (broke it up 9-6), then all the light thrusters and running … not so much. At least you’re succeeding at making me stronger, Bobby

    Happy Birthday Tony! I wasn’t ready for more dips today so I did not tackle your birthday WOD…..soon.
    Today’s WOD as rx’d – 14:58. I surprised myself on the 95lb thrusters. Broke them up 4,3,2,2,2,2 (thought for sure that I would have to resort to doing one at a time)

    Did the Deadlift/Burpee WOD w Lance at lunch. As rxd- 3:12
    then tonight…
    KING KONG as RXD!!! Wasn’t really for time more for just completion this time, but 27:19. It’s been a big goal of mine to do this, so I’m SUPER excited!!! Must be my new, awesome purple lifting shoes 🙂

    Came in tonite for round 2. Did DL/Burpees wod Rx’d in 3:42. Glad I asked Bobby&Jamie bought uping the weight prior to starting or I’d quite possibly be out with a hernia right now.
