Snatch Balance – 65-75-85-95-105-115-120 (PP/OHS)-120(PR)-125 (SPECTACULAR fail). Right where I thought I should be … would have liked to have gotten that 125#, but didn’t have the guts to try again. (I’m sure Bobby was glad when he saw me putting away the bar for today!)

Kneez0r was still mad after all that jumping on Tuesday, so I decided to wuss out and have another crack at Abs of Steel instead. 32:06, but all the toes-thru-rings – my first ever non-a la mode workout.
