    Snatch Balance – 65-75-85-95-105-115-120 (PP/OHS)-120(PR)-125 (SPECTACULAR fail). Right where I thought I should be … would have liked to have gotten that 125#, but didn’t have the guts to try again. (I’m sure Bobby was glad when he saw me putting away the bar for today!)

    Split Jerk: 195 (10# PR!! 🙂 )
    Barbell Complex(1 Power Clean + 2 Squat Cleans + 3 Front Squats): 160
    Mystery WOD- 5:17 & 278 DUs

    My New Goals: 200# Front Squat & 200# Split Jerk!

    Kneez0r was still mad after all that jumping on Tuesday, so I decided to wuss out and have another crack at Abs of Steel instead. 32:06, but all the toes-thru-rings – my first ever non-a la mode workout.
