    Rx’d 15:02…every time I feel like I’m getting somewhere…humbled…absolutely hated this workout at the first wall ball of the 2nd round… can we ban wallballs?

    Still resting my arm from pull ups. I did 5 rds for time of 20 wall balls and 2 ghd’s. As Froning said, “simple but effective.” 10:54. Then I did the “Flight Simulator” at 4:21. Oh wait, I did half a “Flight Simulator.” I found out it is actually supposed to be 5, 10, 15….to 50 and then back down by reps of 5. I did 10, 20, 30….50 and then back down. Oops. I’ll try it again with the correct rep scheme.
