    So the CF gods apparently heard my convo with Bobby the other day about wanting my lower body to feel like my upper body does everyday since they posted this WOD. Rx in 1315 and legs still feel like jello 4 hours later! Thanx to LEann for the push on that last 400! Luv u CF buddy 😉

        Des Moines, just at 7:30am class….couldn’t get myself up for 5:30 today, it felt like the middle of the night to me at 4:30.

    5×1 OHS: 135-155-165-180(f)-180(5# PR)
    5×1 FS: 165-175-185-190(10# PR!)-195(f)
    4×1 BS: 195-205-215-225(f)
    ..had all my weights put away before I realized I only did 4 sets. Oh well, I was tired and didn’t have very high hopes of getting another heavy back squat anyway. I’ll take my 2 PRs for the day 🙂
