    Rankel as rx’d 7 full rounds and then about 20 meters. Was hoping for 8 rounds but came up 180m short.

    20 min AMRAP of:
    6 deadlifts w 50# dumbbells
    7 burpees with an extra pushup (these sucked!!)
    10 swings w 50# dumbbell
    200m run on treadmill
    7 rounds + 1 extra pushup burpee
