    M&M bday wod – 4:50. That was painful! You girls programmed a good workout. Happy happy birthday!!!

    yesterday’s Main Site WOD 15 rounds power snatches & 5 OHS

    65×3, 75×3, 85×3, 95×3, 105×3, then tried 115×2 120(f)

    15 rounds Power Snatch + 5 OHS: 65-75-85-95-100-105-110-115(f)-115-120(f)-120(f)-105-115-120(f)-120(f)

    Then: 5 rounds each for time, starting each round on 4:00 intervals
    20 calorie row
    20 GHD situps
    1:46, 1:46, 1:49, 1:49, 1:49

    15 rounds Power Snatch + 5 OHS: 95-105-115-125-135-145-155-165-175-185(2)-185(f) I then just did squat snatches at 135 which felt decent.

    Missed out on “Grace” on Saturday so did it today.
    “Grace” as rx’d – 5:51 (8 sec PR despite feeling like the lack of sleep from my NYC trip)…. and my donation to “SweetGracie” has been made. Happy to contribute.

    Thrusters, rope climb

    Then….
    12 AMRAP
    5 hand release push up, 7 pull ups, 10 box jumps 24in.
    Rx 8 rds + 9.

    30 Muscle ups for time 50:19
    with 6 failed attempts in there. and those last 5 were brutal.

    When we did Diane 3 months ago, I thought “wow, it’s gonna be a year before I can do that one rx’d.” Then the other day it hit me…I should be able to do that now! So I did:) 21-15-9, 155# dlifts and hspu’s… in 17:35.
