    Yesterday did “Unbroken” – 3:17

    Then worked up to 215 X 2 on Push Press.

    Last night did a crazy workout that Bobby made up earlier this week..ouch!!
    4 rounds for time of:
    5 muscleups
    10 strict headstand pushups
    15 KB swings (88/70)
    20 wallballs (25/16)
    25 GHD situps

    200m row sprints x10, rest 30 sec in between each sprint. Tried to row at least 1:55 on each one.
