    Front Squats, 105(2), 125(1), back down to 115(2). Previously, I’d only done 105 for front squat…so 20# PR for 1 rep.

    Partner WOD w Z:
    4 min to find 2RM front squat – 315# (Z 135#, me 180#)
    Then..
    750m row while partner holds 215/145 in front rack
    50 burpees while partner holds 135/95 overhead
    50 thrusters (95/65) while partner holds in dip support
    As rxd- 10:45
