30 Pull-ups (with Bands) (Ring Rows)

    Good way to end the week. Off to RAGBRAI next week…I think I will need a portable A/C for my tent…

    Today’s wod RX’D baby! 19:31

    I went into this one knowing my max deadlift was 155, but determined to do 30 reps no matter my time… when I was putting away my bars I realized my deadlift bar was the “guys” bar! Ha! Surprise! 10 # PR @ 30 reps:)

    Hang power cleans 7×1: 65(1), 75(1), 95(1), 105(1), 115(1), 125(1) & 135(0) failed at 135 2x. still happy with 125! I think I still need to work on technique.
