Today’s WOD with 105# front squats 12:58 also had fun going with Z and Michelle and our friend from down south!
Then after some serious coaxing did Linda with Michelle and Jaime at noon.
Went half body weight on the bench 70# (should have gone heavier)
Went a little heavier then body weight on the deadlift at 155#
Went about 3/4 body weight on cleans at 95#

Then did “Linda” with Michelle and Meghan at lunch – 28:37 not rxd (BW of 144, 220# deadlift and 110# for both bench and cleans)

“Linda” not rx’d 55:15, 235# dead-lift for 10-9-8- then 220# for the rest 120# bench and squat clean for 10-9-8-7- then 115# for the rest, otherwise I’d still be there! Had a wonderful time working out with Jaime and Megs, thanks girls for cheering me on at the end π & again HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAIME!!

Today’s WOD with 115# front squats 15:30
I thought I was doing 105# front squats the whole time then afterwards I realized it was 115 (clearly I can count), no wonder the front squats sucked!
Oh and I rowed for the last 1 1/2 rounds due to the hurricane π
I almost always make my math error and end up too light … which is a real bummer! Messes with your head. This way, you get to add a little strut to your step for the rest of the day. Nice job!
Girl ask Dawn I do that all the time, way to go on 115#!
