–  2 people per team

–  1 partner runs 200m while other partner does DUMBBELL BURPEE DEADLIFTS (50/35) (35/25) (25/15)

–  When partner returns from 200m run the partners switch positions

–  Score = Total Dumbbell Burpee Deadlifts Completed
