Today’s WOD: 26:45
Had to scale the HSPUs to the box. I could only get five ugly ones kipping w/ 2 abmats this morning and I was at failure, which is a bummer because I’ve done them before! On the plus side, the pullups are getting better 3 or 4 at a time and no tears (hand tears, not crying tears – my son just asked me if I cry at the gym!)
Love it!

today’s wod rx’d 16:56. 50 second pr from last time. still all hspu’s!!

“Brenton” rxdish 17:?? We all know I struggle with numbers so it’s not surprising that I would do 5 burpees instead of 3 for 4 out of the 5 rounds. O well a few extra burpees can’t hurt.
