    Yesterday, did the 12 min AMRAP Rx’d – 6rds + 9 Pistols
    Dissapointed I didn’t finish that 7th round…

    Today, Strange Rx’d – 49:29
    Quited possible the worst workout I’ve ever done…bring on Fran anyday, but don’t make me do that one again!

    SQT rx’d: 4:33. Thanks for keeping me moving Todd.

    It was supposed to be short & sweet and then I had planned to work on some extra lifts or maybe do yesterday’s WOD, too. (I was full of optimism this morning.) HA! No 2nd workout or even skill work for me today; another CF WOD sneaks up and lowers the BOOM!

    And yet, I liked it. 🙂 Oh, 515 what have you done to me?

    Cindy rx’d – 14 rds + 5 reps … But I think I may have missed a round in there. Counting is hard.
