    I did 2/3 of Outlaw WOD:

    5 x 3 push press: 135#
    5 x 3 front squat with 3 second pause at bottom: 155#…to see what it felt like.

    4 rounds of 200 m sprint, 20 ctb pullups, 50 du, and 2 minute rest: 16:25

    Yesterday: 2011 Regional WOD 6 – 11:52. Got 13:26 a year ago.

    1/2 of the Spealler/ Khalipa wod from a few weeks ago. (10 rounds of Cindy adding a 105# c&j to each round. Woah!

    27:26. In March my 1 rep max for c&j was 105, so I am excited with this. Can’t imagine doing the whole thing at that weight… next time:)

    Sunday’s WOD as rx;d 18:30 5 rds 15 knees to elbow, 15 back extension, 15m hand stand walk, 15 box jumps.
    Went head to head with Mindy and we tied! Thanks for the workout sis 🙂

    Did the Buckshark Challenge of ‘Abs of Steel’. OMG! The pain is starting to set in, but it feels good!

    This was the first workout I completed the toes thru rings without having to drop down to the next level half way through! Very proud of that accomplishment!

    Completed in 18:05…I’m going to try it again next week to see if I can improve my time!
