    5 x 5 bench press: worked up to 155#

    50 box jump (24 in.) burpees: 5:13.

    First post-baby benchmark wod: Helen – 11:39. Felt good (and horrible at the same time) to do my first workout with running in about 4 months. Btw, I’m not a fan of the out and back 400m route.
