    My shoulders were Smoked from yesterday’s push press WOD and after handstand walking the length of the gym four times…So, I had to go to regular handstand push ups after the third round.

      What weight did you use? I’m a little undecided… my day off of work is the makeup day. I figure that’s a good thing, because if I do this one Rx’d I’m gonna need a pretty wide open day! 🙂

        I did 25lbs…and just went to pushups with db’s. probably my first un-rx’d day in while. 🙁
