    Excited about finishing this one for two reasons.
    1. My du’s went fairly well and didn’t get in my head.
    2. I ran the first mile in 7:26 (PR) Last week I was happy when I PR’d at a 7:40 mile. I am becoming a better runner. Never thought the day would come, yay:)

    Great night class tonight too! Kady looked like Mary was MADE for her and Justin P… I don’t believe he’s never done a pistol squat wod! Totally lying about that;) Plus, I kept meeting up with Howard outside running. He finished that entire run/du/burpee wod in no time!
