    Now maybe next week I’ll see if I can add those 105 pound c&j to it like Spealler! Ugh! Scared already:)

    Cindy 11rds+10. Aside from Hope wod on Saturday this was my first wod doing kipping pullups!! So excite! Giving butterflies abreak.

    Rope climb C&J WOD- 12:31 85, 95, 105, 115, 125# for the C&J’s

    7/30/11 did it in 23:21 with 75, 85, 95, 105 (failed) went back down and did the last two rounds at 100#

    Absolutely awesome job doing this one rx’d Michelle and on the deadlifts!!! I love working out with such a strong chick, it gives me something to aspire to!

    Started with 15 ring dips unbroken! This is by far the most I’ve ever done I think 🙂

    Rope climb/C&J WOD as Rx’d – 6:29 ..27 sec faster than the last time I did this one in January.
