    damn baby! 14:21! That sucked. But, as a mother, I could see the similarities compared to not dropping a baby..lol. very carefully transition between movements and thinking about what you’re doing. maybe thats why my time was slow…? 15lb baby!

        came back at night to work on snatch balance, squat snatch..got to 55lbs…felt good now just have to get more efficient and less afraid of throwing heavy weight over my head.

    Cant wait to go head to head w/Leeann on this one tonite. Hoping she will be merciful since she climbs the rope like a little spider monkey. Plan is to get in waaaay early too so I can roll, roll oh and roll some more. Mantra til 530&during Wod is I can do anything for 15mins.
