    no bueno on michael. 28-flippin-minutes- after round 1 my lower back andright calf were done! after round 2 – of course I had to use the ladies room – then almost died…finishing at 28!MINUTES! I HATE MICHAEL. Time to jump on the adjustment train…

    Workout #2 went head to head to head with Jaime and Michelle on the Khalipa/Spealler Challenge used 85# for the clean and jerks so I could keep up with them:) got 22:37

    Went back tonight and did the Khalipa/ Spealler Challenge with 95# clean and jerks 22:44 (pretty sure that’s correct)
