    Today’s WOD (25# Squat Cleans & Strict Pushups): 10:08 Uncooperative shoulder this morning: limited ROM. More lacrosse ball and ice for me, there are knots and painful spots… everywhere. Thought I had gotten over this, but it’s back. Ugh.

    My whole body hurts and is showing no signs of recovery. Happy w/ HSPU’s, squat cleans got sloppy. Can’t imagine this workout w/ 55#’s.

    Made up 5k run tonight from mainsite a few weeks ago 28:18. 2 minute 21 second improvement from March and def the fastest 5k I’ve ever ran:)
