    I feel like cf total has come up 3 or 4 times now since I started and I always dodge it for something more “sweaty.” Made myself do it today… 360 Total 140 bs, 65 pp (5#PR) and 155 dl (10# PR).

    GHD’s: 2:33 (2 sec PR from beginning of May)
    So small but steady gains today:)

    Crossfit Total: 450#, a 45# improvement from February! 🙂

    Backsquat: 145# / S Press: 65# /Deadlift: 240#

    365# Deadlift…for a #40 PR!! 🙂

    50 GHD Sit ups – 5:16

    Pretty sure it took me well over 10 minutes to do that last time…but can’t remember.

    Deadlifts 5×3 this morning 150, 170, 190, 210, 230#

    then went for max deadlift and got 260#, previous PR was 225# so 35# PR today. Thanks Michelle for the cheers and for getting it on video and thanks Bobby for the tips.

    CF Total = 705
    Back Squat = 245
    Shoulder Press = 125
    Deadlift = 335

    GHD’s = 1:38

    50 GHD sit ups – 1:30 ( 1 second PR ). Yes, GHD sit ups are pretty much my favorite CrossFit movement.

    155# back squat PR (previously 105#)
    80# strict shoulder press PR (never done them but I used to do 25# kettlebells per arm)
    185# deadlift PR (previously 135#)

    50 GDH situps 2:23…yet another PR! I think my previous time has been around 6-7 minutes.

    Setting a goal for next month to increase deadlifts at 200#. Might come in handy if my BF keeps breaking his leg!
